Fresh fish

Quality is the basis of the 47 Circus Roof Garden.

Fresh fish is an expression of transparency and genuineness that we have been providing for our customers for years. The FIOCCO s.r.l. they are certified and monitored on a daily basis. Our well-established suppliers are the result of a careful selection within the local, Italian and international fish scene.

Quality meat

The 47 Circus Roof garden meat comes from trusted farms, thanks to the controls and the healthy habits of breeders. In 1924 Angelo Feroci, the Roman king of meat, received the gold medal at the International Exposition in London and the “slaughtered meat of the finest quality” at the Rome International Fair. The selection is rigorous and the quality of the excellent raw material.

Genuine vegetables

“Verdura” is synonymous with health and goodness. The consumption of vegetables, fruit and vegetables is not just a pleasure, but a real need of our body. Vitamins, fibers and minerals are fundamental nutrients. The 47 Circus Roof Garden cares about the palate, but also the health of its customers. For this reason it chooses only fresh vegetables, locally grown and of excellent quality.

Wine and drinks

We are in Italy, cradle of vines envied by the whole world. The wine, in addition to accompany the dishes, is a food in all respects and the 47 Circus Roof Garden carefully selects the wines to put in paper, paying maximum attention to taste and authenticity. We like to emphasize the wine of our Peninsula, given the love, professionalism and ambition with which the Italian winemakers take care of their vines.

Fresh homemade tortelli with beef stew, parsnip and buffalo mozzarella:

A dish that evokes the taste of the ancient homemade pasta tradition, well respected by our philosophy. Beef, an essential ingredient of this course, can be savored with taste and smell, respectively in the tenderness of the filling and in the smell of stew, which gives a particularly tasty note.

The composition is enriched by the velvety addition of buffalo mozzarella that blends perfectly with the flavor of the meat, creating a unique balance. This completeness is finally enriched by the precious crunchy details of celery and carrot, a must of the Italian cuisine.

Danish Crown beef fillet with autumn fruits and black truffle:

Autumn colors and scents. The Danish Crown fillet, rigorously chosen by Angelo Feroci’s historic Roman butcher, is combined with fabulous ingredients typical of this season to maintain a taste and quality worthy of note.
The berries, the black truffle petals and the topinambur glazed “bark” create atmosphere in the dish, making it not only enjoyable to the eyes, thanks to the intense and warm colors of autumn, but also tasty in a wisely balanced way.
