GABRIELE ENRICO
A profile of excellence, many years of experience as a food & beverage consultant in the largest luxury hotel chains. In 2009 he founded Avalon Food & Consulting, Consulting and Food Production Company for the High Catering and Hotellerie sector. Currently he works as a consultant at Città del Gusto Gambero Rosso as a teacher and operative coordinator of the schools in Northern Italy.
His passion and his love for cooking is transmitted in all his delicious creation.
